Tasting notes

Bright and lifted aromas of red cherry, trailside strawberry and pomegranate leap

from the glass, laced with notes of white pepper and orange peel. There’s a touch of iron-rich earth

and crushed sandstone beneath the fruit, hinting at the wine’s coastal provenance. Light to medium-

bodied but flavor-packed, the palate is all about energy and clarity. Red currant and cranberry lead,

supported by tangy blood orange and hints of thyme and fennel frond. The tannins are fine and

chalky, giving structure without weight. Lively acidity pushes the finish long, with lingering notes of

dried cherry, rooibos tea, and stony minerality.
