Aromas of pineapple and passion fruit mingle with citrus and stone fruit. The palate is bright and lively, with tropical fruit balanced by refreshing acidity and a light mineral character.
Hand-harvested at night from SIP Certified Sustainable vineyards on sandy hilltops overlooking the Salinas River. Native yeast fermentation and 18 hours of skin contact preserve aromatic intensity and texture; the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
