The 2021 CRŪ Sarmento SLH Chardonnay showcases the classic cool-climate terroir of Monterey County's Santa Lucia Highlands benchlands, where strong afternoon winds and morning fog allow the grapes to slowly develop concentrated flavors while maintaining balanced acidity. This 2021 vintage delivers a full-bodied, richly textured style packed with notes of tangerine, ripe pineapple, and lemon zest, all beautifully framed by toasted vanilla pastry cream and bright orchard fruit. Pair it with grilled corn, peach and burrata salad, or grilled salmon.
